We are preferred providers for Medibank Private, BUPA, HCF and NIB at the top tier, and we also accept CBHS, GMHBA, HIF, and more. We have HICAPS at the practice so your rebate is claimed on the spot. Many patients with Medibank and BUPA get 100% back on check-ups and cleans at no out-of-pocket cost.
Yes. We bulk bill eligible children aged 0 to 17 under the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS), so there is no out-of-pocket cost for covered treatments within your child’s remaining benefit. Bring your child’s Medicare card and we will check their eligibility at the appointment.
Bring your health fund card, Medicare card, any recent dental X-rays, and a list of current medications. If you have had recent treatment elsewhere, we can request those records so nothing is repeated unnecessarily. A first visit is usually an examination and a conversation, and if treatment is needed you will receive a written plan with costs before anything is booked.
We are open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6:00pm, and Saturday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. Evening appointments until 6pm and Saturday availability mean most working patients can find a time that doesn’t require taking time off work.
Yes, there is free on-site parking. We are also a short walk from Croydon Station on the Lilydale line, and there are bus connections nearby. Step-free entry is available from the car park for patients who need it.
